Key Responsibilities
- 1. Channel strategy management
- Develop channel strategy and channel service support
- Supervise and inspect the channel strategy implementation, and according to the need for strategic adjustment
- Monitor the related dynamic competitors and industry trends
- 2. Channel relationship management and maintenance
- Provide sales and technical support resources, products and etc
- Timely communication with customers, feedback market information, and put forward opinions and suggestions
- Manage the joint operations with channels for customers, to promote product sales
- Always keep a variety of ways of communication with customers and maintain the regional important customers
- 3. Channel relationship development
- Implement sales and marketing plan
- Actively looking for new channel cooperation targets and carries on the qualification and analysis
- Develop channels to communicate with customers and make cooperation plan
- 4. Complete sales orders
- Convey the company's products and sales policy to the customer
- Actively strive to achieve sales target
- Participate in organization and agent business negotiation
- 5. Brand promotion
- Plan brand promotion activities to improve company's brand influence
- 6. Provide training and solution presentation to partners
Skills & Experiences
- Min Bachelor Degree and above and min 7 years CCTV Channel Sales experience
- Fluent English & Mandarin (speaking,reading and writing)
- Able to travel across Malaysia to do provide training
- Must be willing to work in either JB or KL
