Key Responsibilities
- Market Development
- Source and seal business opportunities in HORECA industry
- Expand current business opportunities
- Plan and execute business strategies to increase organization profit margin
- Engage, plan and collaborate with Logistic Division on import/export & daily logistic activities
- Submit weekly sales plan & report to CEO
- Draft business plans and conduct feasibility studies for new markets and/or target groups
- Analyze & drive results of exiting business and use these to advise the CEO on the measures to be taken and report on the annual Import/Export Sales Plan, including objectives, budget and action plans
- Sales of Import & Export
- Manage existing clients and grow new sales in accordance with the Import/Export Sales Plan. This includes coaching, identifying distributor skill development necessities, coordinating training, facilitating and managing, as well as assessing the results of marketing, sales, business consultation and services
- Advise and inform clients of prices, draft TOB and follow up on quotes to clients for special requests/direct/indirect sales in consultation with the CEO
- Monitor & actively manage all client-related information exchanges, project progress, marketing & sales funnel activity and report on periodically on budget, forecast & financial performance
- Monitors and works closely with the CEO in sales support, after sales and business consultation
- Event Development
- Manage existing events while drafting new ones in company pipeline
- Planning of concepts, manpower, logistics, and clients for event setup including budget proposal for workforce needed
- Manage manpower activities prior setting up till event closure
- Collaborate with Logistic, HR and Finance division on event planning, management and activities
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 5 years of BtB Sales experience
- Strong leadership personality with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Able to develop and maintain strong relationship with clients
- Possess own transportation
- Fluent in Japanese and Mandarin
