Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients who would benefit from our Business Agility services, targeting organizations across various industries.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and market trends, positioning our services as solutions to address their needs.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders, building relationships and trust throughout the sales process.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our Business Agility services, demonstrating how they can enable organizations to thrive in a rapidly changing business landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Agile coaches and consultants, to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the benefits, ROI, and implementation approach of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Track and manage sales pipeline and activities, providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and emerging agile practices, identifying new opportunities for business growth.
- Attend company conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build a strong professional network.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend company events.
