Looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Executive who is passionate about helping organizations solve real cybersecurity challenges. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence by engaging prospects, understanding their pain points, and positioning our solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales & Pipeline Growth
- Deeply understand our Data Protection solutions and services
- Use a consultative approach to identify business challenges, risks & technical gap
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective discovery and valuebased pitching
- Lead the full sales cycle
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting
- Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Conduct discovery meetings with IT & Security leaders, Security Analysts & Procurement
- Prepare valuedriven proposals, demos & presentations (with presales support)
- Build longterm relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to drive repeat business & crosssell
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with presales, delivery, marketing & vendor ecosystem partners
- Provide clear market feedback to improve gotomarket strategy
- Contribute to marketing content, case studies & customer success stories
Skills & Experiences
- . Minimum Postgraduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology,Cybersecurity, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity sales roles
- Exposure to enterprise clients or regulated industries
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, customer engagement, and building relationships
- Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
