Job Description
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Development team (MY & SG Market) and ensuring the effectiveness and productivity of the Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management
- 1. Oversee full deal lifecycle management, including creation of deals, removing inactive automated deals, updating deal stages, merging duplicates, place stalled deals to re-engage, update new deals to sales based on recorded assignment, and aligning deals to parent companies.
- 2.Maintain accurate lead scoring, lead statuses & lead source, accordingly, adhering to defined cadences through CRM.
- 3.Ensure data hygiene, troubleshoot issues, and manage the database for optimal performance and data integrity via Hubspot.
- 4.Ensure automation workflows are working optimally to ensure accurate and timely delivery of communications as well as data integrity.
- 5.Assist in creating reports for Performance Marketer, Sales & / or Finance as well as generating targeted contact lists for email distribution campaigns.
- Sales Support
- 1.Provide administrative supports to Sales team
- 2.Execute lead allocation to best-fit sales manager to increase closing rate.
- 3.Scheduling sales meetings and web demos perform follow-ups for missed appointments and rescheduling of appointments
- 4.Executing and assisting Sales Managers in effective sales strategies to convert leads to paying customers.
- 5.Monitoring the sales cycle for sales managers by promptly replying to sales inquiries, perform multiple follow-ups, expediate closing deals and chasing payments.
- 6.Support all sales and marketing initiatives, including ad-hoc roadshows/events.
- 7.Collaborate with PHP call center in acquiring quality leads for web demos.
Skills & Experiences
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in any field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B environment, especially within the service and consulting industry
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay
- Ability to provide good customer service
- Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality
- Ability to adapt to changes and evolving business needs
- Able to work independently in fast-paced environment and display abilities as a good team player
- CRM (Hubspot) and automation tools familiarity is a plus
