Job Description
The Account Manager is fully responsible to monitor the organisation's cash flow and manages liquidity. An ACCA holder with exposure in MNC business reporting would be a good fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing Accurate, Relevant, and Insightful Financial Information and Analysis to our Stakeholders.
- Implement controls to identify, monitor, and report, liquidity, or capital risks in accordance with the Bank's Risk Framework and regulatory requirements.
- Assure that the End-to-End Control Framework is in place and functioning properly to ensure trade completeness, accuracy, and valuation.
- Assisting the Bank in meeting its commercial, regulatory, and stakeholder obligations.
- Business Unit Reporting - two different sets of accounts for two companies.
- Inter-Company Reconciliations and Clearance two companies.
- Group Reporting- to the HQ In Japan.
- Risk Reporting & Controls relate to financial statement and forex.
- Acquiring the knowledge of inventory management and avoid shortages and excesses of stock.
- Communication with all related person.
- Miantain up-to-date knowledge on company objectives, production strategies and support activities.
- Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies
Skills & Experiences
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification
- 5 years experience in full set account, especially in treasury, forecast and foreign exchange
- Exposure to MNC business reporting
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Accounting experience from manufacturing
