Key Responsibilities
- Admin
- Perform day to day general administrative tasks like filing, keep records and assuring accurate documents filing,
- Assist in answering phone calls.
- Account
- Assisting in handle a full set of accounts,
- Managing data entry of Account Payable (AP), receivable (AR), and preparing General Ledger (GL), fixed asset (FA), prepayment schedule, bank reconciliation,
- Deal and work with various departments (Finance Controller, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics) to ensure smooth operation of the company,
- Organize filing system & manage documentation in proper record, and in compliance with ISO system and company policy,
- To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior.
Skills & Experiences
- Open to Fresh Grads or those who can start immediately
- Experience in Accounting
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to multi-task & work independently with minimum supervision
- Added advantage with any of these: worked in manufacturing environment, experience using Autocount Accounting software, Mandarin speaking.
