Key Responsibilities
- Company Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
- Manage existing clients and manage customer expectations and establish good customer relationship
- Follow up on sales inquiries and sales prospects
- Analyse feedback and attend to complaints promptly and positively
- Maintaining the companys contact database management with up to date and accurate contacts and activity details
- To collect payment from clients for and on behalf of the company
- Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customer
- Ensure good after sales services
- Maintaining healthy relationship with the customer support staff in the different outlets
- Responsible for sale and marketing activities
- Actively source, develop and open new customer accounts to achieve sales targets
- Carry out duties and create new sales or business opportunities
- Submit proposal and quotations for products and machines according to the needs of the sales
- Producing monthly sales reports and testing every new products release to support product development team
- Ensuring availability of the complete product line in the assigned market
- Liaise with warehouse and logistic department to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintaining a minimum stock level in the stock rooms as well as counters of each outlet
- Providing a maximum personal attention to avoid wastage of products
- Liaise with finance department to ensure issuance of invoicing and payment are received from clients
- Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales and Marketing, Logistic and Finance team
Skills & Experiences
- Diploma / Bachelor in a field of Marketing/Business/Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in sales / marketing or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Malay is a must (Additional language proficiency will be an added advantage)
- Possess own Transport and willing to Travel
