Key Responsibilities
- Main job task is to be in charged of AS Frost Cross Border Inventory Management
- Purchasing Manager reports directly to CEO in Singapore
- Coordinate and Ensure smooth delivery of stocks orders accordingly to timeline and turn-around time
- The Purchasing Manager will work closely with Sales Manager on Inventory forecasting
- The Purchasing Manager will work closely with cross border counterparts in Thailand, China and USA, on purchasing and procurement, stock orders delivery
- Making sure supplier has enough stock to fulfill demand from customer
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum 5 years Inventory Management/Demand Supply experience from the FMCG industry
- Strong negotiation and project coordination skill
- Strong interpersonal skill and confident to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin language to deal with China Counterpart
