Skills and Requirements

Minimum 3 years project sales experience

Able to speak and write Mandarin (Non-Mandarin speaking candidates who have strong government project sales experience, are welcomed to apply)

Have CCTV surveillance experience and customer data on hand

Capable to do government project, with very strong local government relationship

Job Responsibilities

Build and develop detailed business plans, identify key partners, accounts (system integrators, big installers, distributors) and end-users;

Develop and implement annual and periodic sales activity plans; guiding Dahua sales team on best practice in creating unique, objective driven activity plans & analysing outcomes;

Represent Dahua in key initiatives and develop relationships with relevant distributors and other third parties;

Undertake direction, leadership and management of key market strategies;

Prioritize target accounts and opportunities and work with the sales team to ensure Dahua is seen as preferred vendors for those partners

Plan key industry association and lobbying activities

Anchor and update the business plan with the country manager quarterly

Coordinate with the country manager to develop and track objectives and KPIs to measure the team performance
