Key Responsibilities
- Production scheduling and output planning to meet demand plan on time, based on inventory availability, capacity constraints, cycle time considerations, yield and any other factors
- Release and maintenance of Job Orders based on CO FC requirements and commit shipments against required dates
- Ensure adequate stock and timely supply of materials to the production lines and oversee the proper control of raw material, consumables and packaging inventory
- Monitor and follow-up closely with production team to ensure output is aligned to schedule
- Manage and analyze performance report
- Generate Monthly Stock Closing Report for Finished Goods and work in progress
- To prepare & update product standard cost
- Monitor and update BoM data accuracy
- Liaise with Purchasing Department for urgent request of raw materials
- Liaise with Sales related to production scheduler and delivery quantity.
- Advise and give recommendations to Production Section Head for production line shutdown in case of low demand
- Give instruction to production for urgent machine conversion or priority product
- To perform other duties as assigned by superior
Skills & Experiences
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Economics or others relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Production Planning
- Knowledge and experience in ERP system
- Excellent communication skills and coordinating abilities to work with team mates
- Computer literate in MS Words, Excel and Power Points
