Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales target set for the business (Cardiovascular and Anti-Coagulant products)
- Responsible for detailing and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
- Service accounts, develop prospects, co-ordinate sales and marketing initiatives, market data collection
- Perform account management
- Set clear objectives and develop strategies for each account to drive penetration and growth
- Establish good rapport with decision makers (at all levels)
- Service & maintain existing business (contracts, quotations, tenders, relationship management)
- Proactively seek new business opportunities to secure
- Track account sales (sales, penetration rates and market share)
- Establish sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends etc
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum Diploma in Science (Pharmaceutical / Biomedical science etc. )
- Experienced candidates with min 1 year experience of Sales Pharma
- Has experience handling hospital customers
