Key Responsibilities

  • You will be serving a world famous online hotel reservation service provider. The job responsibilities include:
  • Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone and e-mail 
  • Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation 
  • Act as a liaison between guest and hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint 

Skills & Experiences

  • Excellent communication skill in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) & English 
  • Able to work on shift basis and public holiday
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
