Key Responsibilities
- Helpdesk tasks to the partner companies/ clients
- Manly troubleshooting of Email issues and servers etc
- Visiting the partner companies/ clients for assisting troubleshoot if required
- Hearing feedbacks/ issues from the partner companies and improve the service
- Training is provided

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Prefer 1-2 years of Data Center/ Help Desk)
