Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management /Administration or equivalent 

Min 5 years Admin experience in manufacturing company

Strong desire to learn HR

Able to speak Japanese (at least N2), English and Bahasa

Possess own transport 

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administration functions in the Company with focus on training and development, compensations and benefits, performance appraisal, payroll related administration system, recruitment and selection and effective utilization of manpower planning. 

To plan, organize, lead, manage and motivate a team of human resource, administration staff by providing necessary coaching, guidance and on job training to optimize performance of the team.

To establish, develop and administer the annual strategic plan and objectives for Human Resources Policies and procedures; to ensure it compliance with Company Policy and Procedures.

Close monitoring and reviews company policies and procedures and recommends updates when is necessary; ensure it compliance to Canon Group Policies if necessary.

Main liaison with Canon Group Compliance Bureau related to risk management, internal procedure process and others Canon Group compliances if required and necessary.

Responsible to plan and coordinate generic training programs in order to upgrade and improve employees' competencies level; based on the organization business direction. 

Develop performance measurement system on post training evaluations of employees to determine the effectiveness of the training programs attended.

To liaise with Government authorities and statutory bodies on industrial relations matters, labour law and Employment Act related matters when is necessary. 

To identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensure policies, procedure and reporting are in compliance. 

To conduct and coordinate Domestic Inquiry Procedures when grievance handling & discipline when is needed.

Providing advice and guidance on human resources issues to the Management team to ensure it compliance with the Law and protect the Employers Rights.

Ensure current and updated data in the HR Information System from time to time.

Responsible and liaising with Government Department pertaining to Safety, Health & Environment related matters within company. Ensure all the related matters are align with company ISO procedure standard.

Management Representative of Environmental Management System certification and competence person of CePSWAN.

Support the Quality processes and procedures in HR department in compliance with the ISO standards.

To carry out function of Internal Quality Auditor role when required by ISO committee.

To support Japanese Expatriate in their daily life related to visa, taxation, lodging, transportation, and other related matters.

To translate company documents from Japanese to English and others languages if required.

To be translator and interpreter for meeting and conduct company several management meeting and prepare meeting minutes accordingly.

To handle all matters concerning public relations and corporate affairs of the company and to ensure the company administrative functions carried out effectively. 

To undertake any other duty assigned by the management when required.
