Key Responsibilities
- At a glance:
- The main job scope is to analyze web & mobile marketing channel in the area of performance marketing, user experience and user behavior.
- Using various data sets from various sources (Adobe analytics, Google analytics, hotjar, decibel) to analyze web, app, ads campaign performance and user experience to present to team members and/or stakeholders.
- Determining business SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats) and goals by analyzing data across systems and functional areas.
- Devise, set up, maintain projects and present a reporting that provides insight across the business.
- Support the team by providing meaningful data insight to shape current and future marketing strategies.
- Determining and monitoring goals and KPIs of the organization.
- Undertaking and executing briefs independently from the team/client including but not limited to regular and adhoc reports, as necessary.
- Using relevant data to recommend web or channel optimization strategies for long-term and short-term rollout with action plan.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Marketing Specialization in research, Communication, Advertising, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Min 2 years experience working as web & marketing data analyst,
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Experience using the following: Analytics tools: adobe analytics, or google analytics
- User Experience tools: Decibel or HotJar
- Passion and open to learn latest user experience or analytics tools.
