Key Responsibilities
- Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions independently.
- Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders
- Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them
- Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors
- Verify payments and deposits made through the accounts and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Prepare monthly management reports for management with minimum errors.
- Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks
Skills & Experiences
- Min Diploma in Accounting
- Able to write and speak English fairly well
- Great organizational skills, a good sense of priority and urgency of tasks
- Will WFH during MCO but report to Menara Trillion once MCO is over
