Silverland Capital Sdn Bhd is a special purpose vehicle property development company with a paid up capital of RM20 million and NTA of RM 328 million. Incorporated on 5th May 2010, the Company is focused primarily on SILVERLAKES, our maiden niche destination development project of 355 acres located in the Kinta Valley of Perak. The Master Plan for the Project is tourism centric commercial and residential development with a gross development value of more than RM2 billion spanning over 10 years.
