Expatriate Approval Entry Letter

This is a guidelines for the entry of Expatriate / Professional Worker Entering Malaysia for Key Posts and Technical Posts, and for Dependents for 2021.
Here are the guidelines presented by Immigration Malaysia for the list of Approving Agencies and Regulatory Bodies during COVID-19 pandemic period.
To obtain a Approval Entry Letter from Approving Agency and Regulatory Body, EMPLOYER need to prepare a letter with below details and send soft copy via email to respective the Approving agency according to company business's nature :
i. Name of the company
ii. Nature of business
iii. Justifications on the need to enter the country
iv. Expatriate’s information (name, passport number, nationality, passport expiry date)
v. Position
vi. Current active pass (if applicable)
vii. Relevant supporting documents
