Job Description
The Payroll Executive is responsible for the daily payroll operations for Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan clients. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily payroll operations for Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan clients
- To ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll in achieving clients satisfaction
- Assist in tax related issues
- Manager clients requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure clients requests are handled promptly and accurately
Skills & Experiences
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Mandarin and spoken Cantonese
- Good understanding on the whole payroll cycle which includes processing, statutory contribution and submission is an advantage
- Fresh graduates or candidates with some working experience are encouraged to apply
- Proficient with MS Office and keen in learning payroll systems
- Good numerical sense
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment and multi-task
- Both a team player and an individual contributor
- Adaptable and enjoy challenges with proactive attitude

- Acceptance to occasionally work under pressure and meet deadlines
