Key Responsibilities
- Print design: Understand the production work process in order to provide accurate support on artwork template
- Computer skills: well-versed in knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Troubleshooting: Operating / troubleshooting and maintaining digital print devices and digital bindery equipment
- Support the Customer service: clearly presenting print information and interacting with internal customer service and production team to clarify and confirm on the job requirement
- Time management: multitasking and fulfilling print orders in an organized process
Skills & Experiences
- SPM / STPM and above
- 1 - year of working practice in graphic design
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign
- Candidates with sufficient experience may be offered a senior position
- Fluent in Mandarin language
