Perform as and expert-sales, and also manage the sales team to acquire new Clients and Research-partners in order to expand GMO Research Survey Platform
Career Insight and Responsibilities:
Under the 3 months probation term > learning the internal system, industry-study, OJT
Month 4th - 6th > Research Product Sales activity with existing team's assistances
7th - 18th > Independently continue the product sales activity + start the Partnership Sales activity
19th Onwards > Be a Manager officially
Research Sales - Sell the data which is gathered through research-partners (The target audience for sales is a marketing team or department, or a corporate planning and development department.)
To hear the clients problems and goal, and give them consultation of researching.
You will then be responsible for partnership development after a short period of research sales
Partnership Development- Engage research-partners which already have a big user base to ask for conducting questionnaires (by this, partner's users can get rewards which all the stakeholders can be beneficial)
Both sales are initially in familiar areas like Malaysia and Singapore. You will be responsible for implementing the program.
Throughout the year, you will determine which sales force is better suited to your needs, and eventually you will focus on one or the other. You will be responsible for sales and management.
Taking around 1year for checking which sales position suites to the candidate, and focusing on sales, and also management task will be required.
