Responsible for merchant engagement and partnership to increase BungkusIt acceptance and awareness in the market.
Collaborate with key brands and build strong relationship and connection with key merchants from various industries: Retail Outlets, Hotels, FMCG, duty free shops, etc. for stronger partnership.
Run unique marketing activities to increase BungkusIt users, merchant activation and usage.
Plan on sales growth to achieve target assigned & initiate new marketing strategies.
Liaise with IT and Business team to minimize system hiccups, and scrutinize any case reported by merchants.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events if required to do so.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients; expected to do Quarterly Business Review
Build a Marketing / Sales Team as soon as possible.
Developing goals for the teams development and business growth and ensuring key indexes are met.
Training team members and helping them develop their skills.
