Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Follow up and chase client status with outstanding payment.
Update Media premises table, claim form and relevant documentations.
Create payroll data and submit to HQ Japan and accounting firm.
Conduct recruitment of any departments.
Prepare new staff requirement and programs.
Keep us office always at comfortable level.
Implement payment to suppliers as necessary.
Keep any contractual documents in order. etc.
