  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
Job Responsibilities
  • - Manage and distribute information throughout the office, e.g. send out email blasts and announcements

  • Liaise with internal staff and onsite operation team leaders and administrative personnel

  • - Assist in recruiting and providing orientation for new personnel

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents

  • Perform monetary tasks, including raising purchase requisitions, running payroll and following up with the accounting department

  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for members of the team

  • Provide administrative support for operations team

  • Monitor staff well-being and address any health concerns

  • Organise internal events and gatherings, including training and team building exercises
