Bachelor Degree

  • At least 1-2 years relevant working experiences in related field is preferred
  • Experience in Sales Coordinator would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in MS EXCEL, AUTOCOUNT will be advantageous
  • Independent working ability, multitasking ability, able to work in a team
  • Excellent numeracy, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Administration or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
  • Process sales order and coordinate customer inquiries

  • Responsible in preparing customer invoice, delivery order, credit note and other necessary document to customer

  • Liaise with superior for all related billing documentation

  • Ensure accuracy of billing sent to customers and relevant documents

  • Follow up on invoice related issues and payment status

  • Organize proper filing systems

  • Assists in preparing monthly reports

  • Dealing with customer queries in timely

  • Ability to handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time
