  • Diploma/Degree in business administration, marketing or related fields
  • Disciplined, matured & able to work independently

  • Willing to work at One City, Subang Jaya
  • Computer literate: MS Words / Excel
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sales administration and sales support, which includes providing administrative and coordination support to customers, sales personnel and authorized service centre.

  • Generate sales orders and invoices

  • Ensure that customer complaints are handled effectively.

  • Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or H.O.D.

  • Process, record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner

  • Handle all standard documents and ensure documents are filed properly
