Demonstrate self-motivation and able to time manage
Degree in any of the following degree: Software Engineering, Computer Software Development, Computer Networking & Hardware, or Computer Science
Have min. 3 - 5 years of experience in Technical Sales (Software/Hardware); preferable in IT or system administration
Strong Technical or Pre-Sales experience from SaaS / Software sales industries is required
Good understanding of the local culture (Malaysia) to help with customer engagement
Have a passion for new technology and processes, and know how to applied to improve sales and individual effectiveness
A great communicator with skills to influence and communicate at all levels of the business. English, Malay and Chinese language is required
Strong business acumen with the ability to change and adjust when required
Experience with Azure administration and management & have a good understanding of the TCP / IP protocol suite, security architecture, securing and hardening operating systems, networks, databases and applications
Preform content updates and changes the website studio249, including images, text, and layout if necessary.
Coordinate and support Business Development Business through the Technical Sales and Field Technical Sales
Builds and executes an annual business plan with BD (Business & HQ) and find an effective strategies to address specific customer segments with ST Engineering product/service solution, also taking account of resourcing and budgetary requirements
Support to drive business results by providing quality technical sales capability and capacity through effective team work
Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing and communication across the industries sector in Malaysia and ensure partners, IS, i.e are up to date
Has the knowledge to set up, provision and configure hardware/software via remote or on-site & able to provide hardware/software and network support
Must be able to manage inquiries / requests / incidents & respond, diagnose, troubleshoot, which include providing timely update to customer, and follow up until case closure via SOP
Maintain case log and documentation of solutions
Support BD in sales discovery, workflow mapping, product demonstrations and assist to secure sales in new and existing accounts and case incidents
Work with wider management team to help inform the future direction of Technical Sales department
Work with wider organization to develop and drive a strategy to enable technical sales effectiveness and create a world-class customer experience
