Degree in HR Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years working experience with knowledge of local & foreign worker employment land HR practices.
Good communication and presentation skills.
A team player with ability to work with minimum supervision
Assist the Manager in the Recruitment (Local & Foreign Worker) tasks as per given direction.
Monitoring and ensure the recruitment planned KPIs are met or exceeded.
Assist to ensure the recruitment policy, program, and processes are developed, implemented, reviewed, communicated and consistently administered in compliance with organisational objectives and with relevant laws/regulations.
Participation & support the roll out of Recruitment initiatives/projects.
Screening candidates, arrange interview, coordinating interview & conducting interview
Preparing candidate profile, salary proposal and communicating with Hiring Manager.
Assist to collaborate in hiring programmes to retain employees.
To supervise and motivate a team of workers together with the manager for better teamwork.
To review the performance of the Recruitment team.
Submit weekly & monthly report to Manager.
Any other related task assigned from time to time by the superior
