Skills and Requirements

Master/Degree in human resource management, business administration, business management

Min 5 years experience as a talent acquisition manager

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Hands on experience with job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn

In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and various interviewing methods

Experience organising employee engagement and conducive workplace environment

Fluent in English and Malay

Job Responsibilities

Manage and develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.

Organize employee engagement and activities to create an open learning and lean corporate culture. 

Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer the psychological test, etc.).

Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecasts.

Access the needs of current employees & conduct employee satisfaction surveys.

Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops.

Determine HR and recruiting KPIs. Create and present KPI reports.

Identifying the organizations needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy, including Employer Brand efforts to improve recruitment and business performance.

Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.

Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.

Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.

Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
