Key Responsibilities
- Capture high level requirements from business and work with the business to refine the requirements
- Develop, review, negotiate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders
- Analyse how well software, hardware and the wider IT system fit the business needs of customers
- Develop necessary use-cases/test scenarios (application and infrastructure) and role analyses as an input to design
- Confirm delivery and completion of all requirements documentation and secure agreement of business sponsor
- Assist Solution Architect/ Head of Developer to establish proposal of solution to meet business needs
- Distribute and communicate requirements documents to all IT stakeholders (formal stage gate, especially if design onwards is outsourced)
- Design technical solution including high level (entity relationship, data flow) to low level (field structures, database schemas) design
- Develop technical design that will support the development, execution and operations of the service
- Develop service acceptance criteria. Propose performance levels for new service
- Review and verify service requirements with users
- Create the service development plan
- Propose, design and ensure optimization of existing and new customer solutions for improved performance and stability
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technologies
- Minimum 3 years working experience as System Analyst
- Analytical, structured and able to break down issues for resolution
- Great interpersonal skill
