1)At least a Bachelors Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics
2)Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
3)Familiar with ERP systems
4)High level of confidence in analysing and working with numbers
5)Excellent communication skills
6)Pro-active and able to work independently in fast-paced environment
1)Review customers forecast and order and propose loading in MRP
2)Liaise and follow up with customers on delivery schedule
3)Monitor & work with Buyer to expedite materials for production & delivery
4)Maintain forecast waterfall report and line of balance report for internal review
5)Plan, schedule, and manage the materials for delivering time-critical material to support production.
6)Work with appropriate stakeholders to establish the appropriate delivery quantity and frequency for replenishment quantities at the right time to achieve production goals (no line down impact).
7)Manage material availability by provide ongoing transparency of inventory level and ensure continuous inventory accuracy (forecast).
8)Ensure sufficient materials meet the production schedule and minimum stock level to ensure operational and production continuity.
9)Ensure good ERP system integrity, including but not limited to inventory record accuracy, past due management & master data management.
10)Perform other duties as assigned.
