Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology,Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidates with Contact centre experience would be an advantage.
Strong IT and troubleshooting skills.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Malay and Mandarin.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated & independent, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal.

Job Role:
Support user enquiries on our in-house HR Software via phone / email / remote.
