Key Responsibilities

  • Set up a sales team and work closely with the sales manager to drive business development promoting Corsiva Lab product and services. 
  • Actively analysing local market trends to identify ways to improve company products/services to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Manage, grow and build a strong culture within the Sales team in the Malaysia market.
  • Farming: Nurturing and sealing the deal for warm leads generated through the companys Digital Marketing Campaigns.
  • Hunting: Identifying new leads actively through cold outreach methods, networking & existing customer referrals.
  • Partnership: Cultivate solid relationships with key B2B partners to build a network of referral systems.
  • Preparing detailed & convincing proposals with accurate quotation & timelines based on potential customers business requirements.
  • Manage existing clients relationships to retain revenue and generate higher lifetime value.
  • Client expectation management and clear briefings on scope of work to internal team members to ensure smooth project commencement.
  • Actively working with Headquarters in Singapore for Marketing / Promotional activities to increase brands presence.

Skills & Experiences

  • Min 5 years experience in Software solution sales. 
  • Strong leadership and supervisory role
  • Strong command of English both speaking and writing
  • Entrepreneur mindset
  • Basic Mandarin speaking skills
