Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day store management including planning, leading and coordinating the store activities in accordance with the SOPs in place.
- Manage business performance through sales goals and budget follow-up.
- Provide excellent customer service on all service areas.
- Ensure execution of store activities and align product presentation with visual guidelines.
- Recruit, inspire and motivate your fun, result-driven team.
Skills & Experiences
- At least three(3) years of working experience in managing fashion retail store especially in fast fashion for Senior position
- Analytical mindset and result-oriented with a high degree of drive and initiative
- Retail comprehension with strong business sense and commercial awareness in visual merchandising
- Excellent interpersonal skills with great customer care
- Able to work on flexible schedules including weekend and public holiday
