Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, or other relevant discipline
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in medium/large sized F&B company or FMCG industry
Able to apply analytical approach including benchmarking and other statistical tools to support marketing analysis
Good presentation & communication skills with excellent command of English
Self-starter, well-organized, creative, and resourceful team player with excellent time management
Travelling to restaurants within various states of Malaysia is required, when necessary
Support Head of Marketing on overall marketing function for Malaysia operations
Perform market research and analyze findings to get insight on market trends & customer behaviors
Observe and update on social, economic & political trends that might affect operations
Assist in ensuring internal & external communications system are in place
Assist in maintaining and updating company website & other social media
Contribute ideas and take part in design & development of annual marketing plan
Facilitate launches of national marketing plans, public relations, promotions & celebrations events
Work with corporate-owned team to initiate and develop local store marketing (LSM)
Manage execution of marketing & promotion plans or public relations events
Liaise with mall management on marketing campaigns via mall activities/events or social media page
Work with respective parties on designing & editing of promotional materials
Facilitate product photo-shooting sessions
Coordinate publication and distribution of required marketing collaterals
Collect and review customer feedback & address customer complaints accordingly
Track and report promotional activities, department budgets & expenses
