Skills and Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent

Min 3 years experience in marketing field, in both digital and analog marketing 

Fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin

Proficient in Microsoft Office and graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator

Job Responsibilities

Summary: In this business-critical role, you will serve as an advisor, a strategic partner, an analyst and a planner for fast-paced teams from the Retail business (B2C) and Food Service Business (B2B).

The role requires the ability to not just build awareness and brand presence, but to also translate data points into insights pertaining to marketing goals. This position plays a critical role in enabling the teams to meet KPIs and support of both the sales function and marketing campaigns at scale.

Specific duties & responsibilities:

Execute marketing campaigns and brand plans to establish and increase brand presence in the market such as media activities, branding events including road shows and product launches in line with company and HQ objectives.

Responsible in developing promotional materials, including company brochure, flyer, menu booklet, product packaging, and other sales aids.

Handling all customer service concerns on a daily operation basis via in-bound calls or social media pertaining to general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to companys information and products and to share with related PIC.

Managing companys official Facebook page, Instagram account and homepage; learn to analyze digital campaigns with overall marketing strategies, communications, plans and objective.

To oversee projects and events from conceptualization till execution and preparing post-event reports.

Monitor market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research/competitive analysis and work closely with R&D in new product development.
