Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall Human Resources functions such as staff recruitment & manpower planning, compensation & benefits/welfare, performance management & evaluation, employee motivations & relations and other staff related matters
  • Enforce implementation of company policies, SOP, rules & regulations and constantly monitor them all, to be in-line with companys objectives and business plans
  • Handle staff counseling and disciplinary actions, termination and other employee related matters
  • Conduct constant training and motivational activities for all staff levels (office, warehouse & frontline) to maintain staff optimum performance and positive working attitude
  • Plan short and long term HR budgets, expenses controls, schedules, and manpower, etc, in order to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) target set by Management
  • Arrange staff orientation and training for new recruits before reporting on-board
  • Work with recruitment agencies to source for permanent/part-timers when necessary
  • Ongoing observing requirements by authorities to ensure company policies comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Act as a liaison to government bodies namely Immigration, SOCSO, IRB, EPF, etc to meet statutory regulations
  • Review employee salary & benefit scheme, implement effective payroll & HR systems, including periodical reports submission to The Management
  • Undertake other related tasks assigned by superior/Management from time to time

Skills & Experiences

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Social Science or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in the similar capacity will be an added advantage
  • Well versed in Labour Law, Employment Act and other local industry statutory regulations
  • High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and HR related systems
  • Excellent intercommunication & problem solving skills, committed, with high personal integrity and able to work independently & meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English, Malay and Chinese
