Skills and Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in Email Direct Marketing (Email Marketing Campaign Creation and Monitoring, reporting)

Job Responsibilities

Building journeys and automations in the SFMC platform

Leverage datasets to identify opportunities to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of digital marketing activities

Building, deploying and reporting on email campaigns

Own all aspects of trafficking, optimisation, and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability

Design and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and value

Report campaign results regularly and provide recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders

Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimisation of email campaigns (manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimisation and real time targeting recommendations)

Oversee quality control and ensure approvals are obtained on all appropriate activities

Provide training to clients on using campaign platforms
