Key Responsibilities

Overall:
Manage the branch and employees as an operation manager to hit KPIs, meantime perform as a Sales Specialist.
Details:
Loan & credit operation management (*due diligence is performed by specialists)
Manage employees in the branch
Help to collect money
Boost the service by marketing ideas and executions
Manage clients (=SME)

1 year experience as a branch manager or sub/assistant branch manager in finance industry
Able to work in other regions if required (Johor, Pinang, or Ipoh)
Not blacklisted nor having financial issue with CTOS/CCRIS
