Key Responsibilities

  • Generating leads
  • Conduct cold call / social networking / existing relationship to generate leads
  • Set up appointments and meetings to present company products and solutions to potential clients
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate their needs and propose the right products and services
  • Complete the sales cycle to close sales / contract with clients not limited to preparation of a proposal, follow-up, clarification, negotiation, agreement preparation and collection of a signed agreement with supporting documents
  • Preparing daily sales visiting report
  • Preparing weekly and monthly sales forecast and reports
  • Continue account servicing and upsell cross-sell other products and services to increase revenue
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Understanding and promoting company objectives and programs

Skills & Experiences

  • 3 years proven track record in sales in the parking industry or related
  • Experience in parking industry revolves around providing solutions to building owners
  • Understanding of sales process and dynamics
