Skills and Requirements

At least 1-2 years relevant working experiences in related field is preferred

Experience in Sales Coordinator would be an added advantage

Knowledge in MS EXCEL, AUTOCOUNT will be advantageous

Independent working ability, multitasking ability, able to work in a team

Excellent numeracy, communication and interpersonal skills

Possess strong problem-solving skills

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Administration or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

Process sales order and coordinate customer inquiries

Responsible in preparing customer invoice, delivery order, credit note and other necessary document to customer

Liaise with superior for all related billing documentation

Ensure accuracy of billing sent to customers and relevant documents

Follow up on invoice related issues and payment status

Organize proper filing systems

Assists in preparing monthly reports

Dealing with customer queries in timely

Ability to handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time
