Skills and Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.

Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written. (Mandarin will be an added advantage).

Have experience in customer services.

Must be computer literate and good in MS Office.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Possess positive working attitude, co-ordinate and work independently.

Can work under fast pace environment.

Dynamic, committed and independent personality.

Job Responsibilities

To assist sales team on sales planning, documentation and report.

Prepare Quotation, Sales Order, and others related documents.

To ensure all orders are processes in timely manner

Handling indoor sales inquiries, receives customers requests and provides information or assistance as per request

Able to work closely with Sales Team in providing excellent pre- and post-sales services. .

Able to provide support to Sales team on day-to-day operation and provide full administrative support.

To prepare Sales Quotation, follow up on Sales Order, negotiating terms and any other sales related correspondences.

To prepare monthly sales report and any other reports as requested by the Management.

To ensure that the Customer Databases are well maintained and the records are updated.

To ensure proper documentations work flow and filing systems are updated and well maintained.

To provide good customer service to customers by liaise with different departments to ensure everything is carried out as required.

To perform and other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management.
