Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
1. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
2. Must be service oriented and have a positive attitude to work
3. Good knowledge and understanding of sales processes, tools and methodologies would be advantageous
4. Minimum SPM
5. Experience working at ICT, Insurance, or Property industry will be advantageous
6. Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and/or Bahasa Malaysia
1. Work with sales executives to create and implement targeted sales strategies
2. Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests
3. Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
4. Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives
5. Provide administrative support to the sales force when it is required.
6. Making outbound cold calls to make appointments and database for sales team.
