Candidate must possess SPM / STPM

Job Responsibilities

Source, negotiate & purchase products from both local & over sea vendors

Evaluate vendors quotation, ensure vendors fulfil project technical specs

Advise internal & external purchasing Terms & Conditions issues

Daily operational purchasing needs: planning, issuing & follow up Purchase Orders delivery, shipment schedules, etc

Resolve supply, quality, service & invoicing issues

Evaluate supplier performance: Quality standards, Delivery time & Best prices, etc

Implementing internal procurement strategies for high delivery & short lead time

Negotiate the best deal for pricing & supply contracts

Make professional decisions in fast-paced environment

Improving organization purchasing process

Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Work with team members to complete duties as needed
