Skills and Requirements

Must have experience in retail operations and customer service experience

Preferably some one with retail experience in a start up environment

Excellent problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Candidate who knows / loves to play golf would be advantage

Willing to work in a non-traditional working schedule

Job Responsibilities

Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Ensure delivery of excellent member service

Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
