- To foster partnership transaction with public and private universities to grow their student community through the creation of specialized resources, programs and activities designed
- Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of clients aligned with sales budgets
- Creation and execution of individual account plans with each client
- Develop new ideas and strategies to achieve and maintain our competitive leadership position
- Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of EduCo Institutes Maintaining a record of client interactions, performance and negotiation
Skills & Experiences
- At least a Diploma / Degree in Business or Marketing
- Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in Education Sales
- Able to liaise with education agents in Malaysia region (Local college / Language School)
- A proven track record of success achieving sales budgets through multiple channel sales
- Experience in developing a high performing sales and account management team
- Knowledge in international education market
