Skills and Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field.

Able to start work immediately.

Experience with the administrative and clerical procedures.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

Handling all incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, either in person or on the telephone.

Arranging out-going courier parcels, Receiving and distributing incoming mail (check letterbox), courier parcels and deliveries.

Greet and welcome visitors.

Maintaining office directories.

Handle stationery for group of companies.

Any other responsibilities assigned by immediate superior.
