Key Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the quality of overall company products.
- To be responsible for dealing with customer to settle all the quality relevant issues, reply the countermeasure as well ensure inhouse effective action to resolve quality problem.
- To be responsible for monitoring suppliers performance and taking necessary action to improve Supplier quality.
- To be responsible for following up and ensuring both incoming and outgoing QC subordinate Meeting production schedule as well as follow-up suppliers reject on time replacement.
- To be responsible for following up implementation of company quality assurance systems meeting ISO 9001 quality systems standard as well as EMS 14001 environmental management standards.
- To plan and carry out activity for quality improvement such as Kaizen & 5S promotion.
- To perform all other work as and when assigned.
Skills & Experiences
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in the field of Factory Automation industries / OEM assembly business industries or relevant industry in management position
- Good communication, hardworking, ability on multi-task and work under high pressure environment
