Key Responsibilities
- Summary: Working on quality improvement, resolving problems, and prevention as a QA manager. You will be reporting to GM (Japanese GM)
- Work on ISO audit and ensure the compliance of ISO
- Attend to customer quality complaint and identifying customer expectations in case of any issues or defects on the products
- Establish and maintain work procedure and provide training to manufacturing team
- Lead and manage a group of 15 team members
Skills & Experiences
- Min 3 years QA experience and 2 years experience as a QA Manager
- Proficient in English communication
- Possess own transport
